What is GP Connect?
GP Connect was introduced by the NHS and aims to support better clinical care by opening up information and data held within GP Practice for use across health and social care.
The GP Connect integration within Nourish will enable care providers to review GP records and medical notes of those they support in real time enabling them to make better, more informed decisions and provide the most safe and effective care.
How it works
The GP Connect extension is available to registered Nurses and other non-clinical staff within Nourish.
Following initiatives laid out by NHS Transformation Directorate, non-clinical roles have access to a filtered view of the GP record so care teams have the most up to date information to support care practice.
