What are scored assessments and what do they allow me to do?
To help you and your team quickly and accurately assess the care needs of those you support, nourish incorporates industry standard assessments such as the Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool (MUST) and Waterlow.
You also have the ability to create your own bespoke assessments such as pre-assessment or a needs based funding assessment. You can review and amend your bespoke reports at any point allowing for continuous improvements. All the assessments are self-scoring and you have the ability to pull through previous entries to ensure accuracy.
