Booking your Training Course

Now your system is all set up, it’s time to book your training course.  Your course consists of 4 sequential lessons.

A maximum of 3 people can attend the sessions – we recommend the Registered Manager or Super User, a Senior and, if applicable, a member of the Clinical Team.

9th May – Lessons 1 & 2

Lesson 1 (10am – 12.30pm)

  • Residents and Service users

  • Critical information (assessments DNACPR, ResPECT, etc)

    What happens next?

    You will receive confirmation of your dates with a Teams link to your training along with your invoice.  Your training invoice must be settled at least 1 week before training commences or your dates may be offered to another customer.

    Important: If you cancel your training within 5 working days of the first session, you will need to book onto another course and will incur additional charges as the vacant slot cannot be offered to another customer.
